Rent is paid monthly and the due date for paying it is always the 6th of each month. You will receive the rent invoice for your whole stay by email some time after you have accepted the offer. If you are arriving in January, you will most likely receive the rent invoices in December. Please use the payment details provided in the invoice. If wished you can also pay the rent for full semester at once.
The rent depends on the housing location, apartment, etc. and the exact amount is informed in the housing offer (please check it before accepting the offer). The minimum time of staying is one semester and the rent is also paid for that time, regardless of the actual date of moving in or out.
All exchange students’ apartment rents include water, internet and four sauna shifts per month.
Apartments are furnished with basic furniture:
- standard size single bed (80*200 cm) with mattress
In a apartment with a shared kitchen in Student Village West the rooms also have a mini fridge.
Rent invoice will show the monthly furniture fee of 20 € per person. The rents informed in this website include this furniture fee.
There will be an contract fee of 60 € for all new contracts. This invoice will be sent to you separately after your contract has started and is a one time payment.
All invoices can be found from your personal Tenant Pages. Also the received payments are updated under your personal Tenant Pages after we have received he money, but with a few days delay. Unfortunately we can’t send confirmation emails after each payment arrives, but also for this reason all payments are shown under Tenant Pages.
