All tenants must register to the new Tenant Pages
The new Tenant Pages do not work with your old login credentials. Instead, you need to register to use the service.
Please register using the e-mail address that you have given us as your contact e-mail. It’s the one where you get all the e-mails from us! As you register, you will need to identify yourself using either Finnish banking identifiers, a mobile certificate or text message identification.

What’s new?
The pages now have better data security, and the much-requested online payments are at your disposal. So, now you can pay your rent directly on the tenant pages as an online or credit card payment. At the same time, the knowledge base known as the tenants’ databank was moved from the tenant pages to the TYS website. You can now find this databank on the TYS website as the Tenant Guidebook.
Manage your application and receive housing offers in the Applicant service
You can manage your pre-existing housing applications and view offers by registering to the new Applicant service. Applications submitted prior to the offline period are in the system for the normal validity period.
When registering, please use the same e-mail address you entered on your housing application. After registering, you can log in to the service using your e-mail address and your chosen password.
