Are you locked out of your apartment?
During TYS Customer Service opening hours, you can get a spare key from TYS Office free of charge. Be prepared to prove your identity.
Outside TYS Customer Service opening hours on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on weekends 24 hours:
The door opening service is subject to a charge and a door opening fee (50€ + a possible invoice fee 10€) based on its price list. The tenant must be able to prove their identity.
