Staring from 1 st May TYS Customer Service Phone Open Weekdays between 12 midday and 3 pm

Starting from the beginning of May, TYS customer service will be available by phone on weekdays (Mon–Fri) from 12 midday to 3 pm (tel. +358 2 2750 200 (normal phone rates apply)). The opening hours will thus be the same as those of the TYS office, which is open on weekdays from 12 midday to 3 pm.

You can still reach our customer service by email and via the Tenant pages on weekdays.

In addition, you can ask questions around the clock via the AI chatbot available on the TYS website, which retrieves answers from the site’s content. A key pickup machine is also available to residents 24/7. Customer service adds requested keys to the key machine on weekdays. You can collect your key from the machine at a time that suits you best.

On the first weekday of each month, the office and phone are open from 10 am to 4 pm to ensure a smooth move-in process for new tenants.

Outside the TYS office opening hours, on-call maintenance service, the security guard’s (for disturbances) phone line, and the door opening service operate as usual: weekdays from 15:00 to 08:00 and around the clock on weekends.
