Changes to our service hours starting 1st of February 2024

Starting from February, you can reach our customer service by phone, email, TYS chat and the Tenant Pages from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 3pm. Going forward, the Housing Office will be open from Monday to Friday, from 12pm (midday) to 3pm. However, in the first business day of each month, the Housing Office will be open from 10am to 4pm to ensure a smooth move-in for new tenants.

The on-call maintenance service and the security guard will continue to serve our tenants without changes. From the 1st of February, the door opening service will be available from 3pm to 8am during weekdays and 24h on the weekends.


TYS offers a wide range of electronic services

TYS has invested in a wide array of electronic services to make reaching our customer service as easy as possible. Our tenants can do everything from signing lease agreements, reporting faults, requesting maintenance, booking sauna and club room shifts as well as contacting our customer service from the comfort of their homes. Thanks to the key pick-up locker introduced in 2022, tenants can even pickup their house key outside the Housing Office’s opening hours.

We are happy to say, that our tenants have taken to our electronic services very well. With the changes to our service hours, we ensure that our Customer Advisors can continue to provide help through our electronic service channels as quickly as possible.


New service hours in a nutshell:

Telephone, email and other electronic channels: Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm
Housing Office opening hours: Monday to Friday, 12 pm (midday) to 3pm
On the first business day of each month, the Housing Office and all service channels are open from 10am to 4pm.
