Welcome to the announcement of the results of the new heart of Student Village, Tyyssija´s, housing lottery on 17th November 2021 at 4 p.m.! The event is held online and is open to everyone.

Tyyssija will have a total of 186 apartments, most of which are studios. New tenants can move into the apartments on 3rd January 2022. The tenants are selected from among the applicants by drawing lots
Tyyssija will also expand the service selection in the Student Village, as Arkea’s student restaurant and CampusSport gym will be launched as new services, and the K-Kylänvalinta convenience store and TYS Housing Office will also move to the property.
Tenant selection will take place as a lottery in two separate categories: apartments for one person and apartments for one to two person(s).
One fifth of one-person apartments and one fifth of two-person apartments will go as internal transfers to applicants who are current TYS tenants, while the rest of apartments will go to new applicants not yet housed by TYS. In addition, some reserve places will be drawn in case of cancellations.
