TYS has renewed its service promise into a digital service promise. The previous service promise, published in 2018, was the first service promise released by a student housing community in Finland.

The new digital service promise describes everything TYS tenants can manage through digital services and the kind of personal service the foundation provides alongside them.

The renewed promise crystallizes what TYS is committed to: ease of use, accessibility, and supporting tenants’ everyday lives. As a tenant, you can handle almost all housing-related matters digitally, regardless of time and place – from submitting a housing application to signing the lease agreement and paying rent.

TYS’s digital services are available to customers every day of the year, around the clock.

As a TYS customer, you can manage your matters electronically to:

  • submit a housing application and edit it
  • accept a housing offer
  • sign the lease agreement
  • complete the move-in inspection
  • view information about the apartment and the lease agreement
  • view your payment status and pay rent
  • submit a maintenance request for faults in the apartment
  • make reservations through the reservation services
  • report disturbances
  • request permission for subletting and other changes to the lease agreement
  • contact customer service
  • terminate the lease agreement
  • ask for advice from the website’s AI assistant

TYS’s digital services enable smooth and easy transactions regardless of time or location.

We also serve you personally by email and phone whenever you need assistance.

If you wish, you can collect your apartment keys from a key pick-up locker, which is available 24/7. Our office customer service also assists with matters related to keys.
