Problem with electronic services resolved

The problem with TYS’s electronic services has been resolved. According to the service provider, all electronic services, including the housing application, applicant service, and tenant pages, should now be functioning normally again.

TYS’s electronic services experienced a disruption between 6th and 7 ¨th November, which caused the housing application, applicant service, and tenant pages to be unavailable.

If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service during opening hours by email at office@tys.fi, by phone at 02 275 0200, or through your tenant pages once the services are again available.
