TYS housing office is open only to customers picking up apartment keys or signing their rental agreements on weekdays 11 am–3 pm, by appointment only.
Please make an appointment for your office visit by sending an email to office@tys.fi. In your message, explain the reason for your visit and tell us the desired date and time of your appointment. Wait for us the confirm your appointment.
Other housing related matters can be handled through our electronic services on the tenant pages, by e-mail office@tys.fi, or by calling 02 275 0200 during the office hours. In June and July, the telephone exchange is open on weekdays from 10 am to 3 pm.
