Matias Valtonen has been appointed Director of Property Services at TYS. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree in Technology Competence Management, both from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
Matias Valtonen has worked at ARE since 2018, first as a Account Manager and, since 2025, as a Sector Manager.
Matias Valtonen will join TYS on 1st January 2027. At the same time, TYS’s current Real Estate Service Team will be divided into two teams: the Real Estate Service Team and the Project Development Team. Matias Valtonen will lead the Real Estate Service Team, while TYS’s current Real Estate Director, Anssi Aalto, will lead the Project Development Team.
