Ote-säätiö’s housing advisors are available to help with any housing-related issues. This free and confidential service is available to all Turku residents, regardless of housing type or age.
This spring, the Ote-säätiö’s housing advisors will be hosting pop-up housing counselling at the TYS office. You can meet with advisors at Tyyssija (Inspehtorinkatu 12A, 20540 Turku) on:
Wednesday, April 16th, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm
Wednesday, May 21st, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm
The Ote Foundation’s advisors can assist with:
- Applying for housing support
- Applying for a new apartment
- Eviction or other housing-related difficulties
- Rent payment problems
Housing advisors can also provide financial advice related to housing. Please note that they do not mediate apartments or grant financial support. The advisors will direct you to appropriate services based on your situation, and if needed, they will contact various authorities or services together with you or with your consent.
