What’s the best thing about your student housing? Is it a cozy home, great roommates, an active tenant community, shared spaces that make everyday life easier, or an affordable rent that leaves money for other things? These are the questions being explored in the nationwide Best Student Housing campaign.
The campaign is organized by Suomen opiskelija-asunnot SOA ry together with student housing communities from across Finland. The goal of the campaign is to highlight the best aspects of student housing and give students the opportunity to share their own experiences.
Taking part is easy:
- Take a photo, record a video of up to 1 minute, or write a short story about the best thing about your student housing experience.
- Send your entry no later than May 26th, 2026 to marja.aapalahti@tys.fi with the subject line “Best Student Housing”
TYS will share participants’ photos, videos, and stories on its Instagram account @tysturku as entries are received.
Among all participants, an amazing summer package worth 99€ will be raffled—everything you need to kick off summer in style!
