Due to the exceptional situation caused by the coronation epidemic, TYS will reduce the opening hours of the housing office. Our housing office is open from 24th March on weekdays between 11am and 3pm only to key-picking customers. However, you need to inform office@tys.fi of the key-pick-up. In your message, you should state the day and time you pick up the key. Wait for a confirmation message. Remember to take a valid ID with you when picking up the keys. Our staff will use disposable gloves when handling the keys. As of the turn of the month, the movers will be notified separately of the arrangements regarding key- pick-ups.
