- Tue 23rd December 2025: Office and phone lines closed. Service available by email 10:00–13:00.
- Wed 24th–Fri 26th December 2025: Office and customer service closed.
- Wed 31st December 2025: Office and customer service open 10:00–13:00.
- Thu 1st January 2026: Office and customer service closed.
- Epiphany, Tue 6th January 2026: Office and customer service closed.
Otherwise, we are open according to our normal opening hours:
- Office: Weekdays Mon–Fri 12:00–15:00
- Customer service: Weekdays Mon–Fri 10:00–15:00 by phone and email
Note: On the first weekday of each month (e.g., 2nd January 2026), the office and customer service are open 10:00–16:00.
