There is currently a disruption in the backend system of the laundry room code devices, which is causing problems with their operation. As a result, the code device may not accept the access code for your reservation. Our service provider is investigating the issue.
We recommend that you do not make any new laundry room reservations until the problem has been resolved.
If you are unable to use your reserved laundry slot due to this issue, please contact office@tys.fi to request a refund of your laundry credit.
