By completing this form, the tenant moving out and the tenant moving in can agree on the handover of keys and the apartment. The form must be completed at the time of the key handover, no later than 12:00 PM on the first working day of the month.
If the form is not completed by this deadline, rekeying of lock and, if necessary, cleaning will be ordered for the apartment. The tenant moving out will be responsible for these costs, and this form will be considered void.
By filling out this form, the tenant moving in takes possession of the apartment and keys and accepts the cleanliness level of the apartment. Always fill out the form at the apartment to check that the tenant moving out has completed the final cleaning. TYS has checked the need for repairs in the apartment during the month of the previous contract’s termination notice. If you do not accept the cleanliness level of the apartment, do not fill out this form or accept the keys, but instead pick up the keys from the office after 12:00 PM on the first working day of the month.
