I det totala antalet ing\u00e5r 138 ungdomsbostadsplatser. 57 % av bostadsplatserna som var tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r uthyrning fanns i enpersonsbost\u00e4der, dvs. ettor eller cellbost\u00e4der, och 43 % i familjebost\u00e4der. Vid \u00e5rets slut bodde 6426 personer i stiftelsens bost\u00e4der.<\/p>\n<p>Den fysiska bel\u00e4ggningsgraden f\u00f6r stiftelsens bost\u00e4der \u00e5r 2018 var 97,2 %. Ineffektivt utnyttjande av bost\u00e4derna f\u00f6rekom fr\u00e4mst p\u00e5 v\u00e5rterminen och sommaren. \u00c5r 2018 bodde i genomsnitt 1595 (1472 \u00e5r 2017) internationella examens- och utbytesstudenter fr\u00e5n cirka hundra l\u00e4nder i stiftelsens bost\u00e4der varje m\u00e5nad. TYS reserverade 350 bostadsplatser f\u00f6r internationella utbytesstudenter.<\/p>\n<p>I stiftelsens fastigheter verkade vid \u00e5rets slut sex daghem, en butik, en restaurang samt Turun yliopistos studentk\u00e5r (TYY) med underorganisationer. Den genomsnittliga hyran \u00e5r 2018 var 12,5 \u20ac\/m2\/m\u00e5n, inklusive el- och vattenavgifter samt datan\u00e4t. I enlighet med budgeten f\u00f6r \u00e5r 2019 h\u00f6jdes inte hyrorna f\u00f6r bost\u00e4der som hyrs ut f\u00f6r en l\u00e4ngre period 1.1.2019.<\/p>\n<p>Bost\u00e4dernas ekonomiska uthyrningsgrad var 97,6 %, vilket var 0,2 procentenheter b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. Int\u00e4kterna f\u00f6r \u00e5r 2018 realiserades i enlighet med budgeten och uppgick till 26,7 M\u20ac (26,5 M\u20ac \u00e5r 2017), varav 25,7 M\u20ac (25,6 M\u20ac \u00e5r 2017) var hyresint\u00e4kter fr\u00e5n bost\u00e4der.
