Pohjola Rakennus Oy Suomi is the main contractor for the first phase of the project.<\/p>\n

The Kyl\u00e4nkulma construction project consists of six residential buildings. Three of these buildings will be constructed during the first phase, which is now ongoing.<\/p>\n

The three buildings constructed during the first phase will contain a total of 207 new student apartments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Preparatory construction work began in August 2026, and the main construction work will begin in November 2026. When moving around near the construction site, please be aware of trucks and other heavy vehicles operating in the area. Heavy traffic may occasionally make it more difficult to move around. Yes, you can. As a general rule, applicants who apply for a transfer due to disturbance caused by construction work are not given priority in the housing application process. However, we will do our best to find the applicant an apartment of a similar standard as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n
