It is recommended that this notification is submitted at least one week before the move.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in a moving-in inspection on the Tenant Pages<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your contact information is up to date on the Tenant Pages<\/li>\n<li>In addition to the moving-in inspection, make fault reports of any possible things that need repairs<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that your apartment door has your name on it. You can get the name sign from the TYS Office. If you wish, you can also get stickers for \u201cNo advertisements\u201d and \u201cPets in the apartment\u201d from the office.<\/li>\n<li>Please remember to take out a <strong>home insurance<\/strong> for your apartment from an insurance company of your choice.<\/li>\n<li>The Internet connection is available to the tenant right after moving in. The new tenant will receive the keys on the moving day. In this case, a key handover agreement must be made. We recommend that the tenant moving out confirms in advance who is moving into the apartment by contacting TYS Office.<\/p>\n<p>The tenant moving in must fill in a key handover agreement on TYS\u00b4website. You can find a link to the form below.\u00a0 Always fill out the form at the apartment to check that the tenant moving out has completed the final cleaning. Please note that by sending the form the tenant moving in takes possession and responsibility of the apartment and keys and accepts the cleanliness level of the apartment.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ui-provider hc b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">Note that the tenat moving out can only hand over the apartment keys to the tenant moving in. The machine is located in the vestibule of the Tyyssija A-staircase (Inspehtorinkatu 12A, 20540 Turku). If a tenant wishes to pick-up their key outside the office hours from the key pick-up locker, they must notify the office by e-mail to office@tys.fi no later than 12 noon on the previous working day.<\/p>\n<p>The key pick-up locker works like a parcel locker with a code. The tenant will be notified via SMS when the keys can be retrieved from the locker, provided they have a working phone number in their contact information on the Tenant Pages. The key pick-up locker is open 24 hours a day also during the weekends. Outside office hours, the locked front door can be accessed via the lockers\u00b4s PIN code. Once the PIN code has been entered into the external door code device, the tenant collecting keys must wait for the door to open. The car may only remain in the yard area for the duration of loading or unloading. After this, the vehicle must be moved immediately to a designated parking space. During unloading, someone must stay near the vehicle to inform parking enforcement if necessary that the vehicle is there due to a move.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221; custom_height=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Apartment inspection&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left|color:%23829974&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221; custom_height=&#8221;30&#8243;][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]Many new tenants have not been able to see the apartment before moving in, and that is why you should inspect the apartment\u2019s condition and cleanliness immediately after opening the door for the first time. At TYS, the old and new tenant often move at the same time, and mutual understanding is needed. Potential faults in the apartment should be reported to TYS immediately, primarily by calling the office.<\/p>\n<p>You can make notes about the apartment\u2019s condition by filling in a moving-in inspection on the Tenant Pages. The moving-in inspection has to be filled in within 30 days of the starting date of the rental agreement. If you have not filled in the moving-in inspection within this period of time, it is not possible to re-open it. The apartment inspection and filling in the moving-in inspection should be taken care of to ensure your own legal protection, as it helps to ensure that, when you move out, you will not be liable for potential faults and defects that may have been in the apartment when you moved in.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]Please note! Cleaning and inspections will be performed on weekdays, during the office\u2019s opening hours. Unnecessary cleaning will be invoiced from the customer.
