The rental agreement includes four free-of-charge, hour-long sauna shifts per month.It is not possible to buy extra sauna shifts.<\/p>\n

Sauna shifts are reserved through TYS Booking. You can access TYS Booking through your Tenant Pages<\/a>. Reservation is possible from the starting date of your agreement. You can also go to the sauna during the tenants\u2019 common sauna shift. Please note that the doors of saunas will always be locked at the end of the last sauna shift, after which the sauna cannot be entered.<\/p>\n

Mondays are always sauna maintenance days, which is why saunas are not on in any of the locations on Mondays.<\/p>\n

The sauna hours will be adjusted based on the tenant committee\u2019s suggestions and the saunas\u2019 rate of use. TYS regulations<\/a> must be followed in the saunas.<\/p>\n

2. The person who reserves the sauna is responsible for the cleanliness of the space and for ensuring that the rules are followed.<\/p>\n

3. For allergy reasons, it is not allowed to use sauna whisks or sauna fragrances in the sauna.<\/p>\n

4. Cooking (e.g. grilling sausages) on the sauna stove is prohibited.<\/p>\n

5. Any faults observed in the sauna should be reported through the tenant pages.<\/p>\n

6. The doors and windows of the sauna and changing rooms must be kept closed. When leaving, also ensure that the shower taps and lights are turned off.<\/p>\n

7. Users must leave the sauna when their reserved time ends. This applies to the last sauna session of the day as well.<\/p>\n

8. Tenants may invite friends or family members who are not TYS tenants to the sauna during their reserved time. The person who made the reservation is responsible for ensuring that guests also follow the sauna rules.<\/p>\n

9. Sharing possible door codes is strictly prohibited.
