NB! The door opening is first paid according to the instructions given by the company which opens the door and the compensation is claimed afterwards from the insurance company. You need to attach the receipt of the paid door opening to your claim form.<\/p>\n

The tenant needs to fill in the claim form and send it straight to the insurance company AIG. The address of AIG is stated on the claim form. Door opening service telephone number for all TYS housing locations except for ltakajo is +358 2 284 6998 (normal phone call rates apply). Door opening from the number on weekdays from 3pm to 8am and on weekends 24h. For Iltakajo the number is +358 2 275 2138 (mpm\/pvm) (normal phone call rates apply). The door opening service is subject to a charge and Alltime will charge a door opening fee (50\u20ac + a possible invoice fee 10\u20ac) based on its price list. You can always open the building\u2019s front door with your apartment key. If a door code is in use in your housing location, you can find this code from the Tenant Pages, under the location\u2019s information. You can pick up the key for car heating poles from the TYS office by showing your ID after your have reserved a parking space.
